Hello! I’m Aubrey. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC).
As Director of Business Development, I am often the first point of contact for potential new clients at our firm. I conduct case consultations under the direction of our firm owner, ensuring that each person who reaches out feels heard, understood, and guided toward the right next steps. Whether connecting clients with our legal team or referring them to trusted attorneys outside the firm when their needs fall elsewhere, I am committed to helping people find the support they need.
In addition to my client-facing role, I manage the firm’s intake and reception team, making sure every call, email, and visit is met with professionalism and care. I also oversee the firm’s marketing efforts, developing and maintaining the various channels that share our mission and services with the community.
I strive to combine warmth, organization, and strategic vision to ensure that every client’s experience with our firm begins on the strongest possible foundation.
